This project involves the interior modification of a healthcare-related space to support secure storage and operational functionality for a new tenant. The scope includes installation of floor-anchored safes for controlled substances, removal of existing bulk shelving to accommodate the revised layout, and coordination of new electrical infrastructure based on equipment needs. Electrical work will include provision for standard, emergency, and potential 208V outlets to support critical appliances such as refrigeration units. Furniture procurement is being handled separately, with this phase focused on enabling a compliant, functional, and tenant-ready environment.
