What are your plans and how much do you charge?
We have flexible plan options depending on your needs. There are two base plans: BASIC (Work-from-Home Employees) and GROW (In-Office Employees). These plans are further divided based on the level of expertise and experience you require of your employee. Each industry has a different base salary amount and our plan amount changes based on the industry. Contact us to get the detailed plans and process for your industry.
Is this outsourcing and do you take responsibility for the work?
No. Outsourcing is the process of having a third party do a particular project / work package and take responsibility for it. We provide offshore employee management services. This means that the employee we provide works and behaves like a normal employee for you and only for you. They will be your employees in all ways except for administrative purposes.
I already have an employee I want to hire. What can you do?
Great. We can skip some of the processes of onboarding and directly hire them. This is called an EOR (Employer-Of-Record) Service and we provide custom solutions for it. We can provide a dedicated office space for them to work, ensure your workstation and other assets you would purchase for them are secure, process their payroll, and provide support and assistance to you and them when required. Is there a minimum number of employees I need to hire?
You can start with one and hire as many as you would like. You can also hire from different industries best suited to you. Want a team with a Project Manager, two administrative staff, and one engineer? Sure. Our plans are based on their industry and expertise, not a one-size-fits all.
Why shouldn't I just open up a branch in India?
Using our services offers several advantages over setting up your own company/legal entity in India. Primarily, it is cost and time effective.
