hOW WE STARTED PROJECT CONTROLS

APS Project Controls was born from experience—not theory. Long before we offered project controls as a service, we faced the same challenges our clients struggle with today. While managing large healthcare and commercial construction programs, we repeatedly saw projects slip off schedule, budgets drift without warning, risks go unidentified, and reporting arrive too late to make a difference. It wasn’t a lack of effort or leadership—what was missing was a structured, data-driven approach to keeping complex projects truly under control.

Instead of accepting these issues as “part of the process,” we built our own project controls framework from the ground up.
