Emergency Window Replacement

APS was mobilized on an emergency basis to replace five broken exterior glass panes at 900 Welch Road. The scope included removal of exterior trim, safe demolition of damaged glazing, and installation of new ¼” clear “like-for-like” glass. Work was executed with strict adherence to infection control protocols, including HEPA-grade dust extraction, full dust containment, floor protection, and temporary furniture removal. APS coordinated the use of a 40-ft boom lift with flagging and on-site safety supervision, ensuring minimal disruption. The project was completed over a weekend within two days, followed by detailed cleaning and quality inspection.
