Façade Repair

APS performed emergency exterior soffit repairs at SHC’s Los Gatos facility, addressing damaged roof façade sections. The work included selective demolition, minor framing adjustments, treatment of exposed framing, and replacement of 4–5 ft soffit panel sections. APS completed the project with proper surface preparation, sealing, and paint finishing. All activities were conducted with fall protection, dust control, and adherence to OSHA safety standards. Repairs were executed with minimal disruption and in accordance with industry the best practices.
