American Project Solutions (APS) completed a tenant improvement project at Stanford Health Care’s 801 Welch Road facility, focused on upgrading interior administrative and clinical support spaces. The scope included the renovation of two administrative rooms and an existing X-ray review room to better align with modern workspace requirements.

Work involved the removal of existing cabinetry and hardware, followed by the installation of wall-mounted sit-stand workstations to improve ergonomics and functionality. APS performed full electrical modifications to support the new layout, ensuring proper power distribution and code compliance.

Additional scope included wall preparation and painting, along with the implementation of dust containment measures to maintain a safe and controlled environment within the active healthcare facility.

The project was delivered with a focus on minimal disruption, clean execution, and alignment with healthcare standards, resulting in upgraded, efficient, and user-friendly workspaces.
