Seismic Bracing Installation

APS completed a weekend-based dust containment and plumbing upgrade at PCHA’s Burlingame clinic. The scope involved ICRA Level 4-compliant barriers, HEPA filtration, sealed access, and air quality control to support safe removal and reinstallation of exam room sinks and associated plumbing.

Plumbing tasks included capping and reconnecting domestic water and drainage lines, purging systems for clarity and pressure, and sealing with medical-grade materials. Final cleanup met hospital disinfection standards and passed Infection Control inspection prior to re-occupancy. Work was completed within two days with no disruption to clinical operations.
