Flooring & Millwork Renovation

American Project Solutions (APS) completed a tenant improvement project at Stanford Health Care’s Pinole Pediatric Center, focused on upgrading both finishes and clinical workspace functionality.

The scope included demolition of existing millwork and interior finishes, followed by the design and installation of new millwork systems tailored to support pediatric care operations. APS also replaced the existing flooring with Nora rubber flooring, providing a durable, hygienic, and healthcare-compliant solution.

Work was executed with careful coordination to ensure a clean and safe environment, including proper demolition practices and site control measures. The result is a refreshed, functional, and patient-friendly clinical space aligned with Stanford Health Care standards.
