American Project Solutions (APS) is a Veteran-Owned and Operated firm built on the values of integrity, discipline, accountability, and service. While APS began as a consulting and construction company trusted for delivering high-quality project management and reliable general contracting, we soon found ourselves facing a challenge familiar to many growing businesses—rising labor costs and increasing pressure on local hiring markets.

As a small business, we needed skilled support but couldn’t justify the escalating operational expenses. That’s when we turned to our long-standing professional networks in India. Partnering with trusted organizations overseas allowed us to access qualified talent, stabilize our workloads, and grow sustainably—without sacrificing quality or increasing risk.
