What does “workstation setup cost” mean?
We assist with purchasing a workstation for your offshore employee, based on the specifications you require. All purchases are made transparently—we provide the original invoices for your records. If the employee is offboarded or the service is discontinued, we will resell the workstation and return the resale value to you, ensuring your investment is protected.
Are there any additional costs not shown here?
Yes, there is a refundable payroll deposit to ensure uninterrupted salary processing for your offshore employees. This is typically equivalent to two months of pay and is fully refunded when you discontinue the service. However, if you choose to pre-pay for six months or one year, this deposit is waived entirely.
Why do rates vary by industry and experience level?
Different industries require different qualifications, certifications, and skill levels. For example, construction estimators, engineers, and BIM specialists typically command different salaries than administrative staff or designers. Our pricing reflects the market salary for each industry and experience tier in India—ensuring fair compensation and better retention for your offshore employees.
How often will I be billed, and how does payment work?
All billing is handled through APS in the United States. You’ll receive a single monthly invoice that includes employee pay, administrative fees (for EOR), and any approved add-ons such as office space or equipment. This simplifies compliance, eliminates cross-border payment complications, and keeps all transactions under U.S. jurisdiction.
Are there long-term contracts or minimum commitments?
No long-term contracts are required. You may start with a single employee and scale as needed. For offshore employee management, we typically request a 30-day notice before discontinuing service so we can complete payroll, offboarding, and equipment resale smoothly. EOR services also operate with flexible terms.
What happens if I need to replace an offshore employee?
Under our Offshore Employee Management plans, we offer up to two employee replacements at no additional cost. We will restart the recruitment process, provide a new shortlist, and assist with onboarding—ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.
Does the pricing include onboarding and training?
Yes. For offshore employee management, pricing includes 60 hours of U.S.-work readiness training and two months of integration support. This ensures your employee is properly prepared, culturally aligned, and productive early on without extra charges.
