We simplify your accounting and compliance by issuing a single monthly invoice for all services. Payment are made to APS, based in USA, eliminating cross-border processing complexities. You also do not need to maintain 401k, insurance, payroll processing, and other administrative and HR related compliances. All this while getting similar experienced employees at a fraction of a cost.

No. Outsourcing is the process of having a third party do a particular project / work package and take responsibility for it. We provide offshore employee management services. This means that the employee we provide works and behaves like a normal employee for you and only for you. They will be your employees in all ways except for administrative purposes.

Offshore Employee Management is a full-service staffing model where APS handles the entire employee lifecycle on your behalf. We recruit and source candidates, provide initial training, offer ongoing employee–client support, and even mediate issues if they arise. This service also includes two free employee replacements, tracked working hours, and an hourly billing structure. It is designed for clients who want a managed, flexible offshore staffing solution with hands-on support from APS.

Employer of Record (EOR), by contrast, is a compliance and payroll model used when you already have a candidate or want to hire someone directly. APS becomes the legal employer solely for administrative and statutory purposes. In EOR, we do not provide sourcing, training, replacement employees, issue mediation, or hours tracking. Employees are typically hired under a fixed salary structure.

Despite these differences, both Offshore Employee Management and EOR include key shared benefits such as payroll processing, HR documentation, legal compliance, local labor law adherence, and U.S.-based contracting, all without the need for you to establish a foreign entity.
